In order for us to maintain a high level of service, Trudy and I send out an Evaluation form to all of our clients. This gives an opportunity for the client to offer us input on the different aspects of our service. Our evaluations contain 5 points that are rated (1 - 10) and 10 questions that are broken into 2 sections, one about the DJ, the other about our company.
