What You Will Receive
Alexander understands that it takes more than just playing music to create a fun and memorable party. There’s a lot that goes into creating a reception that flows smoothly, is entertaining and one that makes your guests feel included. Alexander has gained a lot of experience and knowledge over the years and provides the following to help guide you to plan your reception:
• EXPERIENCE
Alexander has performed at over 1000 events and weddings over the years and has gained a tremendous amount of experience on what makes an event successful.
You get to take advantage of his knowledge and experience to create a reception that guests will love!•
• EVENT DIRECTION
You’ll have your very own Event Director to make sure everything planned flows as smoothly as possible. Your key wedding vendors will receive a copy of your reception timeline and I will coordinate with everyone to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
My goal is for you to not have to worry about the details and just enjoy your evening.
• PLANNING TOOLS
You have access to the Client area that contains a reception planner and support documents to help you plan the evening.
In addition, there are online playlists for every formality, from the Grand Entrance to the Last Song, that you can listen to, to choose the right song for that moment.
• MASTER OF CEREMONIES
As your MC, you will have an experienced speaker that knows to engage your guests with class, some humour and represent you in a professional manner.
From simple intros to full, customized introductions about your wedding party and your Love Story, I will handle all of the announcements from start to finish. FYI – You will receive homework!
• PLANNING SESSIONS
You get to have an experienced guide to help you plan a reception timeline that covers all of the formalities that are important to you and your partner.
The sessions cover everything from music choices and selecting the order of events to offering unique and fun ideas that will get your guests involved.
• TALENTED DJ
With a love for music and dancing, you have a talented DJ that has a vast knowledge of music to get everyone up and dancing, a large library spanning eight decades and mixing techniques that ensure a nice seamless flow of music throughout the evening.
